My supervising professor at IUK, Dr David McMurray, is a Haiku expert and always encourages us to produce our own Haiku. Last Thursday, we went to one of his off-campus Haiku meetings and my Haiku won a prize (a Halloween candy bag and a Haiku board)
Here's the Haiku. It was inspired by the clouds in Kagoshima and Thunderthud's comment about Joni Mitchell's song about clouds. Here it is:
Chilly breeze
gliding through angel hair
autumn clouds
