But in all seriousness, his death is quite saddening.
The pop-music radio stations over here have been playing his music continuously for the past 3 days - very cool.

he's all over TV these days in japan too
on a side note, long time no see/hear/talk/etc...!!!
i went out with rose (remember her?) and david's wife (yep, i finally met her) and many other filipino wives in the community to karaoke yesterday and we also did a couple of michael jackson songs, lol
